Growth Marketing Manager

Remote - Remote, CO

Overview

AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. We're on a mission to empower nonprofits and governments to deliver aid and public benefits with unprecedented efficiency. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including unhoused and unbanked. From simplifying complex benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps it’s partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful work in an environment that trusts your judgment and values your unique contributions.

About the Work

What if your growth marketing skills could help communities gain access to critical aid and benefits, rather than just drive corporate profits? At AidKit, growth means more than revenue—it’s about creating opportunities for people who need them most. If you’re seeking a role where your work directly impacts lives and helps rebuild trust in essential systems, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking to bring on AidKit’s first Growth Marketer, a versatile professional excited to take initiative, build strategies and processes from the ground up, and lead by example. Your goal is to open doors for our Partnerships team to connect with prospects and customers while establishing the foundations of growth marketing at AidKit.

You’ll start with key questions, assumptions, and resources to build a strategy that works for our industry, segments, and products. Your experience in growth marketing or demand generation will guide you, but this role gives you the autonomy to define what good looks like in our context and figure out how to get there. You’ll need fresh eyes, educated guesses, and a willingness to experiment as you craft a growth marketing playbook that’s uniquely yours.

What You’ll Do

  • Event and Conference Management: Run our conferences and events program, working hand in hand with the Partnerships team on strategy, logistics, and execution, while delivering ROI and qualified leads.
  • Paid Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement our paid marketing approach from the ground up (this includes setting program goals and identifying benchmarks).
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with Partnerships to create tailored plans for high-value accounts using a mix of email, LinkedIn, events, paid channels, custom content, landing pages, and more.
  • Campaign Development: Ideate and run innovative marketing campaigns to drive product demos and meaningful engagement with prospective customers.
  • Sales Enablement: Create resources that the Partnerships team genuinely finds valuable and wants to use.

About You

We’re looking for someone with the right skills, mindset, and passion for our mission. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every single bullet below, we still want to hear from you.

  • Core Skills and Experiences:
    • Experience managing conferences and events, including strategy, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
    • Experience running paid marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, sponsored content). This role requires evaluating channels and tools while building strategies from scratch, making prior hands-on execution essential.
    • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for creating, sending, and tracking growth campaigns.
    • Ability to measure and analyze campaign success, even with limited data. We value pragmatic approaches to understanding impact and driving improvements.
    • Proven collaboration with Sales teams to deliver pipeline and revenue goals.
    • Experience defining and directing work for marketing agencies and freelancers.
    • Experience working with government and nonprofit buyers is a strong plus.
    • Startup experience is a plus, with scrappiness and adaptability being key traits for success.
  • Mindset and Mission Alignment:
    • You’re a creative problem-solver who can work within constraints to deliver strong results.
    • You have a growth mindset and a track record of learning quickly.
    • You are passionate about AidKit's mission to deliver aid with dignity and driven to apply your expertise to create meaningful change.
